A 10-milligram vial of MOTS-c from Real Peptides is priced at $43.20, therefore, it costs $4.32 per mg. At the same time, Peptide God charges $49.95 for its MOTS-c but does not indicate the size of the vial in the product listing we check so we are unable to derive the price per mg of their MOTS-c.
These two listings encompass all of the MOTS-c offerings on this site. We compare the two listings on cost, size, claims about testing, shipping and return policies. Both vendors only sell MOTS-c as a research product, and none of the listings mention FDA-drug approval.
The two MOTS-c listings share a form, lyophilized powder, and differ on almost everything else.

Peptide God indicates that the product qualifies as a "mitochondrial peptide" concerned with "metabolism & endurance research." Real Peptides states this is a "unique mitochondrial signaling target," as well as a proposition that a "growing research base" exists. These descriptions are not health claims nor should they be taken as such.
The price per mg is the only legitimate way to compare the vials. The price on the label does not indicate how much peptide the vial contains. According to the price of $43.20 for 10mg, Real Peptides is priced at $4.32 per mg.
Peptide God, the issue lies in the size. If the vial holds 10mg, then the price is $4.995 per mg or 16% more than Real Peptides. If the vial has a larger size, the price could be lower. It’s not worth trying to make an educated guess; just ask the supplier or read the label and then make your comparison.
The most frequently made mistake that we witness among purchasers of any peptide is comparing two prices without considering if the vials contain the same quantity.
Shipping terms can close or widen the gap between the two vendors depending on how many vials you order. Peptide God offers free US shipping over $100; Real Peptides sets the line at $250.
Peptide God also lists 30-day free returns. Real Peptides does not state a returns policy in our data, so check before ordering if that matters to you.
Both vendors make different testing assertions that are worth analyzing. Real Peptides states that each of its products includes third-party certification of analysis (COA), whereas Peptide God claims that its product is lab-tested for 99% purity or higher, although it hasn’t been mentioned whether the lab was independent or not.
A COA is considered to be important in case it corresponds to the received product. Make sure that the lot number in the certificate coincides with the vial and that the date of testing is current and pays attention to the fact that identity testing is performed in the case of the certificate issued for MOTS-c peptide and not an ordinary "peptide."
Product quality is also the most practical safety issue for a research compound, a point we expand on in MOTS-c side effects.
Real Peptides holds a Trustpilot score of 4.2 out of 5 from 85 reviews in the last 12 months, checked in November 2026. Peptide God had no Trustpilot page we could find.
There are some patterns that emerge when analyzing the reviews of Real Peptides users. Most positive reviews highlight the fast service provided by the company, being able to get a replacement or a refund in a timely manner. Negative reviews complain about leaking products, incorrectly labeled vials and slow delivery. One additional reason to verify each COA with its corresponding vial is that the mislabeling issue is very common.
The phrase “research use only” indicates that the seller does not intend to provide MOTS-c as a medicine, and no MOTS-c item has received FDA approval for human use. However, just because a product is labeled “research use only” does not automatically answer the legal question. For example, in the warning letters issued in August 2026 by the FDA to five peptide selling companies, the agency stated that it always takes into consideration the entire content of the planned website, including recommendations on dosing and claims of the product’s effectiveness against specific diseases.
The July 2026 compounding panel did recommend MOTS-c for the 503A bulks list, but that vote was non-binding and changed nothing yet for buyers. The details are on our MOTS-c FDA page, and the full catalogue is on all products. For the research background behind these listings, start with MOTS-c benefits.
